  I see a lot of bushies here trying to make something of the Obama Rezko connection, and why the media and law are ignoring it. So yes, why would Bush appointed federal prosecuters fail to prosecute Obama? Why would Justice help out a political foe of the republicans who run the dept. Why would Bush cronies cover up for Obama and allow him to get away with federal felony fraud? WHy would Bush do this to us?

  The Justice Department will often argue for cases contrary to positions the president has publicly taken - such as Obama favoring repeal of Don't Ask Don't Tell while the Justice Department argues for the policy after courts ruled it constitutional. The Obama Justice Dept. has also written a brief that seemed to compare homosexuality to pedophilia. Is it rational for people to be outraged at this, or is the Justice Dept. just doing their job? And..what exactly is their job?

There are endangered plant species, just as illegal to use as animals. Would you feel the same if they were using tiger skins on their instruments?
  
  As for those "Black Panthers" (both of them). It was investigated with no evidence of intimidation. Two guys showing off in front of a camera is not evidence of a crime, of idiocy, perhaps, but not a crime.

  My record was expunged this past summer which was a battery misdemanor charge.I just recieved a letter from the california dept of health stating that they have recieved information from the ca dept of justice that I have been convicted with battery but the case was dismissed and which is now disturbed the peace, why is my record not showing that the case was dismissed and what can I do so I can get my license with the ca dept of health?

I have a completely clean record, never have done drugs, never have even smoked a single cigarette... so I'm just wondering why I have to get two, what the differences are, and how the investigations will proceed.

  While 16 States have some form of medical marijuana legislation authorizing its use for certain medical problems, the current Administration is allowing the Department of Justice to override the States' decisions. Many people have found relief where there was none before using marijuana and are now being forced to obtain their "medication" on the black market. Let's get Federal government out of State's decisions to do what's best for their citizens.
